"Come Join The Family...Come Join The Team"
Evangelist Marsha A. Scott
To God be the glory for the things he has done!! Born in Grad Rapids, Michigan and now a native of Baltimore, MD Lady Scott has endured the test, trials and experiences of life to bring her to her place of purpose and praise. At the age of 21 Lady Marsha Scott experienced a miraculous visitation from the Lord. The Lord visited her in a dream forewarning her of the death of her mother. Although she was not saved and unfamiliar with the things of God she some how sensed this was a divine presence. After which the Lord drew her daily into an unused area in the United States Army barracks speaking to her with illuminated words in a borrowed military bible. Several weeks later the military chaplain called her in to speak with her. It was at that time that she informed him of the death of her mother. The chaplain marveled at the great peace that surrounded this young woman. It was only the peace of God that walked her through her mother’s suicide.
A few years later Lady Scott surrendered her life totally to the Lord while stationed in Darmstadt, Germany. It was then the Lord began the healing process from years of various types of abuse suffered while living in the home with a mother having several addictions. Through this healing the Lord began to teach her through Matthew chapter 5 how to live. Her favorite scripture is Matthew 5: 8 Blessed are the pure in heart; for they shall see God.
In 1993 Lady Scott married Eric Scott Sr. From this union they have been blessed with 3 wonderful sons and have now enjoyed 17 years of marriage. Together with God’s help they are restoring lives back to the family of God through the Restoration Family Life Church of God In Christ in Baltimore, Maryland. While serving in several capacities in her local church she also serves as the District Secretary for the Frank J. Ellis Memorial District and a member of the Greater Maryland First Jurisdiction Women’s Department Advisory Board. Lady Scott has a burden for youth and great compassion for the hurting. Her greatest cry unto the Lord is, “Lord, use me to help someone!” because she understands that only what you do for Christ will last.
